Troubleshooting

Gas fire pit not igniting

Check that the gas bottle is properly connected, the valve is open, and there is sufficient gas. Ensure the igniter is functioning correctly and clear any debris from the burner area.

Cushions feeling damp after rain

This is expected if left uncovered. Ensure cushions are stored indoors or thoroughly dried in the sun before use. Consider using a dedicated outdoor furniture rain cover.

Wobbly furniture component

Re-check all screws and bolts for the specific component. Ensure they are fully tightened. If a part is damaged, contact customer support.

Frame shows signs of wear

The powder coating is durable, but minor scratches can be touched up. For significant corrosion, consult the manufacturer. Regular cleaning prevents buildup that can lead to damage.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Accommodates a large group of up to 9 people.
  • Integrated gas fire pit adds functionality and ambiance.
  • Durable, rust-resistant aluminum frame built for outdoor use.
  • Comfortable, thick cushions with washable covers.
  • Versatile modular design for flexible arrangement.

Cons

  • Cushions require indoor storage or covering when not in use.
  • Delivery is kerbside only on a pallet.
  • Requires assembly, though described as easy.
  • Tabletop is aluminum, not glass.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The items come flat-packed and require assembly. Follow the provided instructions carefully for each component, ensuring all bolts and fittings are securely tightened. The dining table requires connection to a gas source for the fire pit.

Compatibility: This set is designed for outdoor use in gardens, patios, or decking areas. Ensure you have adequate space for the full configuration.

Care:

  • Frame: Wipe the alloy aluminum frame with a damp cloth. The powder coating offers rust resistance, but occasional cleaning will maintain its appearance.
  • Cushions: Remove the cushion covers and machine wash them according to the care label. Store cushions indoors or use a protective rain cover when not in use to prevent waterlogging and prolong their life.
  • Fire Pit: Ensure the gas bottle is correctly connected and stored safely according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Keep the fire pit area clear of debris.
  • Protection: When not in use for extended periods, or during harsh weather, it is recommended to cover the entire furniture set with a waterproof rain cover. Delivery is kerbside only, so be prepared to move the pallet to your desired location.
