The Twinwall consists of two aluminium alloy tubes, one within the other. This design gives the handlebar additional strength and security, making Twinwall bars the toughest motocross handlebar in the world! Features: Covered by: US Patent No. 6182528 & 5832785, GB Patent No. 2321225, US Design No. 431803 The outer tube is made from 7010 T73 aluminium. The revolutionary Twinwall® handlebar is an oversized diameter 1 1/8” (28.6mm) handlebar which utilises two tubes, one within the other, borrowing principles from aircraft design to give the best combination of lightness, strength and safety. Bending a tube ø22, with a 2mm tube ø28, 6mm handlebar makes it virtually indestructible. The 22.2mm tube is hard anodized making it 3 to 4 times more wear resistant than conventional handlebars. Positioning of the handle is provided with a laser engraving which gives a specific cue point.
