No, this specific product model is supplied as a bridle only and does not include reins.
The bridle is constructed from durable, high-quality nylon.
Yes, it is specifically designed for regular track use, training, and racing.
The material is weatherproof; you can simply rinse off mud with water or scrub it with mild soap and a soft brush.
It comes in one size with multiple adjustment points to provide a precise fit for most standard racehorse builds.
Wipe the nylon with a slightly damp cloth to soften the fibers and ensure buckles are properly threaded.
Clear any debris or dried mud from the buckle slots using a small brush, then apply a tiny amount of silicone lubricant if necessary.
Setting up your Mackey EquiSential Bridle is straightforward due to its intuitive buckle and strap system. Simply adjust the headpiece and cheek pieces to match your horse's previous bridle settings. Because the material is nylon, it is compatible with most standard bit types used in racing. To care for your bridle, simply hose it down with water after particularly muddy sessions to remove grit. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and a soft brush. Always inspect the stitching and buckles periodically to ensure the nylon remains in top condition for your horse's safety.
