The SikaHyflex-250 Facade Low Modulus PU Joint Sealant is a high-performance, one-part polyurethane sealant designed for durable and long-lasting sealing of movement and connection joints in concrete, masonry, and EIFS façades. It offers excellent movement capability and adhesion, making it ideal for demanding façade applications. With a low monomeric diisocyanate content (<0.1%), it is safer to handle and does not require special training, while maintaining Sika’s trusted professional quality and performance. It provides exceptional flexibility accommodating extreme joint movement up to +100% / -50% for long-term durability and offers strong, weather-resistant sealing. Suitable for both internal and external joints on building façades. Specifications include a Shore A Hardness of 20, a skinning time of 70 minutes, and certifications to ISO11600 F25 LM and EN15651-1:2012 Type F EXT-INT CC. This sealant is ideal for concrete, masonry, and EIFS facades, ensuring reliable and flexible joint sealing for both exterior and interior projects.
