Pillow feels too flat after opening
The pillow was vacuum-packed for shipping. Vigorously fluff the pillow and leave it in a well-ventilated area for 24 hours to allow it to reach its full shape.
Cover showing minor surface stains

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your Utopia Bedding Cot Bed Pillows is simple: once removed from the poly bag and vacuum packaging, manually fluff the pillows to encourage the fill to expand evenly. For optimal compatibility, ensure you use 40 x 60 cm pillowcases, as standard adult-sized cases will be too large and may bunch up. To maintain the hygiene and structural integrity of the pillow, avoid machine washing. Instead, adhere to spot cleaning for minor spills or hand wash the surface using a mild detergent and cool water. Always ensure the pillow is completely dry before returning it to the child's bed.
