The Milano Riso Electric Vertical Designer Radiator is ideal for those seeking a space-saving, stylish, and intelligently controlled heating solution for modern interiors. Its key benefit is the combination of a significant heat output (1000W) with smart Wi-Fi connectivity for remote scheduling and mode control via a mobile app. A potential caveat is that the advanced features rely on a stable Wi-Fi connection and smartphone app usage.

The primary control for scheduling and mode selection is via the ECOSO app. Basic on/off functionality might be limited without app connectivity, depending on the specific model features.
You can download the free ECOSO app from the Apple App Store for iOS devices or the Google Play Store for Android devices.
A 1000W heating element will consume 1 kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electricity for every hour it operates at full power.
This model features a hardwired heating element, meaning it is designed to be wired directly into the mains electricity by an electrician and does not come with a standard plug.
Check that the radiator is properly connected to the power supply and that the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the ECOSO app is connected to the Wi-Fi and the heating element is enabled through the app.
Verify that your home Wi-Fi network is functioning correctly. Try restarting your router and the radiator's heating element. Ensure the radiator is within range of your Wi-Fi signal.
Close and reopen the ECOSO app. Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed. Try logging out and back into your account. Restart your smartphone.
Ensure the thermostatic heating element is correctly set via the app. Check for any obstructions around the radiator that might affect temperature readings. Calibrate the temperature if an option is available in the app.
Setup: This radiator features a hardwired heating element with a 1.2m cable. Installation typically requires a qualified electrician to ensure safe and compliant wiring. All necessary fixings for wall mounting are included.
Compatibility: The radiator is compatible with the ECOSO app, available for download on the App Store and Google Play. It also works with Google Assistant (compatibility details may vary).
Care: To maintain the radiator's finish, clean it periodically with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they can damage the powder-coated surface. Ensure the radiator is cool before cleaning.
