FAQs

How long does it take to deflate the tent?

Deflation is typically very quick. Open the inflation valves (some models may have a separate deflation port), and the tent will rapidly lose air. You may need to assist in pushing out the remaining air before folding.

What is the waterproof rating of the fabric?

The tent is made from 210D Oxford fabric with a 3000mm waterproof rating, providing good protection against rain.

What is the weight of the tent?

The tent weighs approximately 12.0 kg.

How many people can this tent comfortably sleep?

The tent is designed to comfortably accommodate 2-3 people, with a spacious bedroom and living area.

Does it come with a pump?

Yes, it includes a high-efficiency pump for inflation.

What are the dimensions of the sleeping and living areas?

The bedroom measures 245 x 205 cm, and the living area measures 235 x 280 cm.

What is the warranty period?

The tent comes with a 12-month guarantee.

Troubleshooting

Tent does not inflate properly.

Ensure the pump is securely connected to the inflation valve. Check for any blockages in the valve or pump. Ensure you are using the correct inflation valve if multiple exist.

Tent seems to lose air over time.

Check all inflation valves for a secure seal. Inspect the fabric and seams for any small punctures or tears. Use a repair kit if necessary. Ensure the groundsheet is properly sealed if it's contributing to air loss.

Condensation inside the tent.

Increase ventilation by opening mesh windows and the roof vent. Avoid cooking inside the tent. Ensure all occupants are mindful of breath moisture.

Water leakage during rain.

Verify that the groundsheet is correctly positioned and the front edge is folded up. Ensure all seams are sealed and the fabric is not damaged. Re-stake guy lines to improve tension and water runoff.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Extremely fast setup time, ideal for those who want to relax sooner.
Generous two-room design provides distinct living and sleeping areas.
Good ventilation options help manage comfort and reduce condensation.
Durable and waterproof materials offer protection against various weather conditions.
Integrated storage solutions help keep the tent tidy.

Cons

At 12.0 kg, it is relatively heavy for backpacking.
The packed size might be large for some vehicles or storage spaces.
Requires an electric pump (or manual effort) for inflation, unlike traditional pole tents.
While wind-resistant, extreme conditions may still pose a challenge for any inflatable structure.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

Unpack the tent and lay it out on a flat, clear surface. Ensure the inflation points are accessible.
Connect the high-efficiency pump to the inflation valve and begin pumping. The tent will take shape rapidly.
Monitor inflation; the pressure relief valve will prevent over-inflation. Once firm, close the valve.
Use the included guy ropes and stakes to secure the tent to the ground for stability, especially in windy conditions. Position stakes at an angle away from the tent.
Attach the removable groundsheet, ensuring the 20 cm front edge is folded upwards.

Compatibility:

This tent is designed for ground camping and is compatible with standard camping equipment. It requires a relatively flat surface for optimal setup. Ensure you have a pump for inflation (a high-efficiency pump is recommended).

Care:

Cleaning: After use, clean the tent with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. Always allow the tent to dry completely before storing to prevent mildew.
Storage: Store the tent in the provided carry bag in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing it while damp.
Repairs: Small punctures can often be repaired with a tent repair kit. Consult the manufacturer's instructions for specific repair procedures.
