FAQs

How do I sharpen the eyeliner?

The Canmake Creamy Touch Liner is a twist-up type and does not require sharpening. Simply twist the base to extend the product.

Can I use this eyeliner on my waterline?

While it can be used on the waterline, be aware that it might not last as long due to the wet environment. Reapplication may be needed.

How should I remove this eyeliner?

Use an oil-based makeup remover or a dedicated eye makeup remover for best results. Gently wipe away the eyeliner without rubbing harshly.

What if the tip dries out?

If the tip dries out, try wiping it with a makeup remover to remove the dry layer. Ensure you close the cap tightly after use.

Is this eyeliner suitable for sensitive eyes?

The soft tip is formulated to be gentle on eyelids. If you have sensitive eyes, perform a patch test before full use.

How long does the eyeliner last?

The eyeliner typically lasts all day, resistant to water, sweat and sebum. Longevity can vary depending on individual skin conditions and usage.

What colors are available?

The Canmake Creamy Touch Liner comes in a variety of colors. Please check the product packaging or retailer for specific color options.

Troubleshooting

The eyeliner doesn't apply smoothly.

Make sure the tip is not dried out. Extend the core slightly and apply gently. If the tip is dried, try using a makeup remover to remove the dry layer.

The eyeliner breaks easily.

Extend the core only 1mm at a time. Apply gentle pressure to prevent breakage. Avoid dropping or pressing the tip against hard surfaces.

The eyeliner is not long lasting.

Ensure the eyeliner is fully dry before touching your eyelids. Avoid rubbing your eyes. Use an eye primer for added longevity.
