FAQs
How long does the flashing light last?
The duration of the flashing light depends on the battery life, which is not specified and is non-replaceable. The toy can still be used as a regular fetch ball after the light stops functioning.
Are these toys suitable for puppies?
Yes, they are suitable for puppies, but always supervise playtime to ensure they do not chew or ingest parts of the toy.
Can I replace the battery?
No, the LED light uses a non-replaceable, built-in battery. Once it stops working, the flashing function will cease.
What are the dimensions of the balls?
Each ball has a diameter of approximately 8 cm.
What material are the balls made of?
The balls are made from durable plastic.
Are these toys safe if my dog chews them?
While made of durable plastic, these are designed for fetch and interactive play, not for chewing. Always supervise your dog to prevent them from breaking and ingesting pieces.
How do I clean the flashing fetch balls?
You can wipe them clean with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh detergents or submerging them in water.
Troubleshooting

Ensure the ball has been impacted firmly. If the flashing function has ended due to battery depletion, the toy can still be used as a regular fetch ball.
Ball is damaged
Immediately remove the toy from your dog's access and dispose of it responsibly. Check for any detached small parts.
Dog shows no interest
Try a game of fetch in a more stimulating environment, such as outdoors, to encourage interaction with the flashing feature.
