FAQs

Can I choose which character I receive?

No, these are blind box items, meaning the selection is random and you receive one of the available characters at random.

Do I need batteries to make the Minions move?

No, these figures are powered by a manual wind-up mechanism and do not require any batteries.

Are these figures suitable for children?

They are designed for fans and collectors; due to small parts, they are not intended for children under the age of three.

Will they walk on carpet?

They perform best on flat, hard surfaces; thick carpets will likely prevent the figure from moving effectively.

Are these officially licensed?

Yes, these are official Universal Studios merchandise produced by 52TOYS.

Troubleshooting

Figure does not walk smoothly

Ensure the surface is completely flat and free of debris that might obstruct the legs.

Wind-up dial feels stuck

Do not force the dial; ensure there is no hair or dust lodged in the gears and try winding it in the opposite direction slightly to clear the obstruction.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High-quality design that captures the characters' personality
Fun, functional wind-up action for interactive play
Great for building a diverse collection of characters
No assembly required out of the box

Cons

Blind box format prevents choosing a specific figure
Small parts may be unsuitable for very young children
Wobbling movement is best suited for flat, smooth surfaces

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Because these figures are fully assembled, there is no setup required. Simply remove the figure from its packaging and wind the dial on the side or back to activate movement. To keep your Minions in the best condition, avoid using them on textured carpets or sand, which can clog the gears. If the figure becomes dusty, clean it gently with a dry, soft cloth. Store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain the vibrancy of the paint.
