FAQs
What are the dimensions of the 3-seater, 2-seater, and armchair?
Specific dimensions for each component (width, depth, height) would be detailed in a separate specification sheet or product listing. Please refer to those details for exact measurements.
Is the Oslo fabric waterproof?
The Oslo fabric is designed for comfort and durability, but it is not waterproof. Promptly attend to spills by blotting them to prevent absorption.
Can the seat cushions be removed or flipped?
The Kendal Sofa Suite features a fixed back design, meaning the seat cushions are typically fixed in place and not designed to be removed or flipped.
How do I clean the entire sofa suite?
Regular vacuuming is recommended. For spills, blot immediately. For deeper cleaning, consult a professional upholstery cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals.
What type of support system is used in the seating?
The seating utilizes foam cushioning combined with a sinuous spring support system to ensure lasting comfort and durability.
Do I need any special tools to assemble the feet?
Typically, no special tools are required. The feet usually screw in by hand. A screwdriver might be helpful for final tightening if needed.
What is the color of the wooden feet?
The feet are sleek black wooden feet.
Troubleshooting
Sofa feet are wobbly after assembly.
Ensure all feet are screwed in as tightly as possible. Check that the floor surface is even. If wobbling persists, re-examine the screw holes for any damage or obstructions.
Fabric has a light stain.
Gently blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth. For more persistent marks, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap solution, testing on an inconspicuous area first. Blot dry immediately.
Cushions feel less firm over time.
The combination of foam and sinuous springs is designed for lasting comfort. If firmness is a concern, ensure all cushions are properly positioned. Occasional redistribution of filling (if applicable and designed for this) can help, but the fixed back means seat cushions are less adjustable.
Sofa appears uneven.
Check that the sofa is placed on a level surface. Ensure all feet are securely attached and at the same height. The frame itself should be stable.
Pros and Cons

- Durable Oslo fabric provides a comfortable and long-lasting finish.
- Timeless design with button-tufting complements various decor styles.
- Sinuous spring support ensures seating comfort over time.
- Versatile component options (3-seater, 2-seater, armchair) allow for flexible arrangements.
Cons
- Assembly is required for the feet.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unpack all components and verify you have all parts.
- Identify the black wooden feet.
- Align each foot with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the sofa or armchair.
- Securely screw each foot into place. Hand-tightening is usually sufficient, but a tool can be used if needed.
Compatibility:
This sofa suite is designed to fit into most standard living room spaces. Its neutral grey color and classic design make it compatible with a wide range of interior design styles, from modern to traditional. Ensure that the dimensions of the chosen configuration (e.g., 3-seater, 2-seater, armchair) fit comfortably within your intended room layout, allowing for adequate circulation space.
Care:
- For routine cleaning, vacuum the upholstery regularly using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris.
- For spills, blot the affected area immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Use a slightly damp cloth for tougher spots, being careful not to oversaturate the fabric.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the Oslo fabric.
- For deeper cleaning, consult a professional upholstery cleaner familiar with fabric care.
