Product Information

Full details

The Frenzee FXT EVA Net Bag in size XL is designed for serious anglers who need a reliable, mess-free way to transport wet gear between fishing locations. Its primary benefit is the combination of high-capacity storage and completely waterproof construction, which protects your vehicle's interior from moisture, grime, and odors. While its XL dimensions provide excellent versatility, potential buyers should note that its generous size requires dedicated trunk space compared to smaller, collapsible net bags.

FAQs

Can this bag hold three keepnets comfortably?

Yes, the XL size is specifically designed to accommodate up to three keepnets plus additional landing nets.

Is the material machine washable?

No, the EVA material should be cleaned by wiping it down with a damp cloth or rinsing it with a hose.

Will this bag prevent odors from escaping?

The sealed design significantly reduces odor leakage compared to standard mesh or fabric bags, though it is recommended to wash your nets regularly to minimize smell.

What is the primary material used?

The bag is constructed from high-quality, durable EVA.

Are the seams truly leak-proof?

Yes, the seams are heat-sealed to provide a 100% waterproof barrier for your wet equipment.

Troubleshooting

Water pooling inside after cleaning

Wipe the interior dry with an absorbent towel and leave the bag open in a ventilated space for 24 hours.

Material feels stiff in cold temperatures

EVA material naturally stiffens in the cold; store the bag indoors at room temperature before your next trip to regain flexibility.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Completely waterproof design protects vehicles from odors and wetness
Spacious XL size fits multiple keepnets and landing nets
Heat-sealed seams ensure long-term structural integrity
Easy-to-clean material surface
Sturdy construction handles heavy, waterlogged gear

Cons

Larger footprint may not fit in smaller compact car trunks
Not collapsible in the same way as mesh bags
Requires manual drying inside if stored for long periods

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up the bag, simply unfold it and ensure the closure mechanism is clear of debris to maintain a proper seal. It is compatible with all standard keepnets and landing nets used in commercial and natural water angling. For care, wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth after each session. If the interior becomes excessively dirty, you can rinse it with fresh water and allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area before closing it for long-term storage to prevent mildew buildup.
