Is the material safe for children?
Yes, the bag is constructed using materials that meet child safety standards.

Troubleshooting
The listening flap is misaligned with the Toniebox.
Ensure the Toniebox is pushed firmly against the back of the interior compartment to align the speaker and controls with the flap.
Bag exterior looks dusty or has minor marks.
Use a damp microfiber cloth to gently wipe the polyester material and let it air dry completely.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your bag, place the Toniebox in the center compartment and secure the charging station in the designated slot. The mesh pockets are ideal for storing the AC adapter or a pair of kid-sized headphones. When cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap to wipe the polyester surface; avoid submerging the bag in water or using harsh chemical cleaners, as this may compromise the fabric. This bag is fully compatible with all standard Toniebox models and their associated charging docks.
