Can I change the light colors and modes?

Yes, the tree features both warm white and multi-colored LED lights with 11 distinct lighting modes, controllable via a built-in controller.

Are the branches flame retardant?

Yes, the branches are manufactured with flame-retardant materials for enhanced safety.

How do I store the tree after the holidays?

Can I add my own ornaments to the tree?

Absolutely! The strong integrally formed branches are designed to hold additional ornaments and decorations, allowing you to personalize your tree further.

What is the base made of?

Troubleshooting

LED lights are not turning on.

Check if the power adapter is securely plugged into both the tree and a working wall outlet. Ensure all sections of the tree are properly connected. If only a section is out, check the connection between tree sections.

Tree appears sparse or not full.

This is usually due to insufficient branch shaping. Spend additional time meticulously fluffing and spreading out each individual branch and tip to fill any gaps. The initial shaping takes 30-45 minutes for a full look.

Tree feels wobbly or unstable.

Ensure the steel base is fully opened and locked into position on a flat, even surface. Confirm all tree sections are securely inserted into one another and into the base.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup

Assembly is streamlined thanks to the hinged branch construction. Simply connect the pole sections, and the branches will automatically fall into place. Dedicate 30-45 minutes for shaping each branch to achieve the tree's fullest and most realistic appearance. Plug in the integrated LED lights.

Compatibility

Designed for indoor use. Ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface.

Care

To maintain its pristine condition, gently dust branches periodically. When storing, ensure the tree is completely dry. Disassemble by reversing the setup process and store in its original box or a dedicated tree storage bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
