FAQs
Does this print come with hanging hardware?
The print arrives on a wooden framework ready to hang, though specific nails or wall hooks are generally provided by the user based on their specific wall type (e.g., drywall vs. masonry).
Can I clean the canvas with a damp cloth?
It is not recommended to use water or damp cloths on the canvas, as moisture can warp the wooden frame or damage the print finish. Stick to a dry microfiber cloth.
Is this suitable for a bathroom?
Due to the high humidity in bathrooms, which can warp wooden frames and affect canvas integrity over time, it is not recommended for such environments.
What are the dimensions of the product?
The product is designed to standard sizing; please refer to your specific order confirmation for exact dimensions as supplied by the retailer.
Is the artwork protected by glass?
No, this is a gallery-style stretched canvas print and does not feature a glass cover, allowing for a matte, glare-free finish.
Troubleshooting
The canvas appears slightly loose after unboxing.
Allow the canvas to sit at room temperature for 24 hours. If it remains loose, the humidity in the room may be too low; wood frames can fluctuate slightly with environmental changes.
There is a minor dent in the corner of the packaging.
Check the canvas frame behind the corner protector. If the frame is intact, the protector has performed its job correctly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation is straightforward as the wooden framework allows for simple mounting using standard wall hooks or professional picture-hanging hardware.
Compatibility:
- Fits most interior drywall, plaster, and wood-paneled walls.
- Recommended for indoor use only in climate-controlled environments.
Care Instructions:
- Dust gently using a dry, soft microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the canvas surface.
- Do not use liquid cleaners, solvents, or abrasive sprays, as these can damage the ink and canvas texture.
- Avoid hanging in areas with direct, harsh sunlight for extended periods to prevent potential fading of the artwork's colors over many years.
