Check for obstructions in the drawer tracks and ensure the frame is level on the floor.
Assembly is required and it is highly recommended to have two people present due to the size and weight of the metal components. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during the initial setup and periodically check them every few months to maintain structural integrity. The frame is designed to support a standard mattress without a box spring. To clean, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the metal frame. Do not use abrasive chemicals, as these may damage the finish or the LED light strip. Ensure the USB light controller remains dry.
