Setup, Compatibility & Care

Ensure the washing machine is placed on a flat, level surface to prevent vibration and noise during high-speed spinning. The unit must be connected to a cold water supply and a standard grounded electrical outlet. Always remove the transit bolts before the first use, as failing to do so can severely damage the drum mechanism. For maintenance, run a maintenance wash periodically using a high-temperature cycle and a machine cleaner to prevent limescale and detergent buildup. Always check the rubber door seal for debris and keep it dry after cycles to prevent mildew. Periodically clean the detergent drawer to ensure optimal water flow.
