Troubleshooting
Chimes are not making sound
Ensure the chime is in a location with sufficient airflow and check that the hanging components are not tangled.
Crystal or chimes appear dusty
Gently clean with a damp, lint-free cloth. Do not soak in water or use abrasive sponges.
Components become tangled
Carefully unwind the spiral design by hand. Ensure the windchime is hung securely to prevent excessive swinging that leads to tangling.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation is straightforward; the unit comes with a hook for immediate mounting. Choose a sturdy support structure that can handle light movement. Compatibility-wise, the white aesthetic pairs well with natural wood surfaces, iron garden stands, or light-colored patio ceilings. To care for your windchime, simply wipe the resin butterfly and metal components with a damp, soft cloth to remove debris. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may degrade the finish. During severe weather events or storms, it is highly recommended to bring the windchime indoors to preserve its structural integrity.
