Troubleshooting
Snap lids are difficult to open.

Powder is clumping inside.
Ensure the container is completely dry after washing before you fill it. Moisture trapped inside will cause formula to clump.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before initial use, wash all parts with warm, soapy water. To fill, remove the entire top lid and distribute your measured formula into the three compartments. Secure the main lid, and then ensure each individual snap cover is firmly pressed down until you hear a click. For daily maintenance, the box is dishwasher safe on the top rack at temperatures up to 65°C. Avoid using abrasive sponges as they can scratch the plastic surface over time. Ensure the unit is completely dry before adding fresh powder to prevent clumping.
