Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, ensure you are using screws appropriate for your wall substrate (e.g., masonry plugs for brick or toggle bolts for drywall). Hold the hook against the wall, mark the mounting points, and pre-drill holes if necessary to avoid damaging the wall surface. For maintenance, keep the hook clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Because of the powder-coated finish, avoid using abrasive chemical cleaners that could scratch or dull the black surface. If the finish is scratched over time, a light touch-up with a metal-safe enamel paint can prevent oxidation.
