Can this pick up liquids?
No, this device is designed only for dry debris such as dust, crumbs, and hair. Do not use it on wet spills.
What is the primary benefit of the swivel head?
The 180-degree swivel head allows you to steer the sweeper easily around furniture legs and into cramped corners.
Troubleshooting
Sweeper is pushing debris instead of picking it up
Check if the dustbin is full or if the brush roll is tangled with debris; empty the bin and use the cleaning comb to clear the bristles.
Difficulty moving on high-pile carpets
The device is optimized for low-to-medium pile surfaces. If moving is difficult, it may be due to the carpet density; try lighter pressure.
Wheels are not rotating smoothly
Inspect the wheel axles for hair or carpet fibers; remove any obstructions to restore free rotation.
