Troubleshooting
Plates are slightly bent upon arrival.
This can occasionally happen during shipping. Gently flatten the plates by hand on a clean, flat surface before use. They should still be functional for serving.
Plate feels flimsy when holding food.
Avoid overloading the plate, especially with heavy or very moist foods. Use two plates together for extra support if serving larger or heavier items.
Ink smudging on the plate.
Ensure the plates are kept away from excessive moisture. If minor smudging occurs due to handling with wet hands, it's usually cosmetic and the plate remains usable.
