The VEVOR Cylinder Liner Puller (K05T) is a heavy-duty tool designed for professional automotive mechanics and engine builders who need a reliable way to remove wet and dry cylinder liners from diesel and internal combustion engines. This kit excels at preventing engine block damage during extraction by providing a controlled, mechanical pull across a wide range of cylinder diameters (75 mm to 138 mm); however, it is a manual tool and requires significant physical effort compared to pneumatic alternatives.

No, the VEVOR K05T is a manual mechanical puller.
No, this tool is specifically designed for the extraction of cylinder liners only.
The plates are made of hardened steel with a quenched finish for maximum durability.
The kit includes the necessary components for operation; check your specific packaging for local storage solutions provided with the set.
Ensure the pull plate is perfectly centered at the base of the liner and that the cross arm is level.
Apply high-pressure lubricant or anti-seize to the lead screw threads and check for debris in the assembly.
To set up the tool, first identify the correct pull plate from the 7 included sizes. Assemble the connecting rods to the cross arm, ensuring all threads are clean. Position the pull plate at the base of the liner and align the lead screw through the center. Before use, ensure the threads on the `lead screw` are lubricated to reduce friction and prevent galling. After use, clean all components with a degreaser to remove engine fluids and store the kit in a dry environment to prevent surface oxidation.
