Setup, Compatibility & Care

There is no complex setup required for these mugs; simply rinse them thoroughly before the first use. To ensure longevity, always follow these care guidelines:

  1. Cleaning: While they are dishwasher safe, avoid using abrasive scouring pads that might dull the matte finish over time.
  2. Temperature Changes: While the mugs are oven and microwave safe, avoid extreme, sudden temperature shifts to prevent thermal shock, such as placing a cold mug directly into a scorching hot oven.
  3. Storage: Stack the mugs carefully in your cupboard to prevent chipping the rims, ideally using a shelf protector if stacking high.
