The HiBREW H13 Dual-Boiler Espresso Machine is an ideal choice for home baristas who prioritize precision and efficiency, offering a robust dual-boiler system that allows for simultaneous coffee extraction and milk steaming. While it provides professional-grade tools like a 58mm portafilter and PID temperature control to achieve cafe-quality results, users should be prepared for a slightly steeper learning curve compared to entry-level pod machines due to its manual settings and specialized features.

Yes, the HiBREW H13 is compatible with pre-ground coffee, though for the best crema and flavor, we recommend grinding fresh beans immediately before extraction.
Select the 'Cold Brew' mode on the touchscreen, which bypasses the heating elements to deliver water at room temperature or cool temperatures through the group head.
It is recommended to hand wash the water tank with warm, soapy water to prevent damage to the plastic or seals from high-heat dishwasher cycles.
The H13 is designed primarily for fresh ground coffee using the 58mm portafilter. It is not specifically engineered for ESE pods.
Please consult the documentation provided with your specific unit or contact HiBREW customer support with your MPN for regional warranty details.
Your coffee grind is likely too coarse. Use a finer setting on your burr grinder to increase extraction resistance.
Check the steam tip for dried milk blockages and clean it with a pin. Ensure the steam function has reached its target temperature before opening the valve.
Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the machine is fully powered on. Perform a hard reset by unplugging the unit for 60 seconds.
To begin, ensure the machine is placed on a flat, stable surface with adequate clearance for the water tank. Upon first use, prime the system by running a full cycle of water through the group head and steam wand to ensure internal lines are flushed.
