The VEVOR SWG-25 manual pipe bender is a robust, heavy-duty solution designed for professionals and DIY enthusiasts who require precise, smooth bends in round metal tubing for HVAC, refrigeration, and hydraulic projects. It excels at creating consistent bends between 0 and 180 degrees across seven different diameters, though its manual operation requires a stable mounting surface and physical effort compared to powered hydraulic alternatives.
| Model Part Number | SWG-25 |

The SWG-25 is designed for pipes with a wall thickness of 0 to 2 mm.
No, this specific model is designed exclusively for round metal pipes.
The bender is constructed from high-strength carbon steel for maximum durability.
Yes, for safety and consistent results, it is highly recommended to bolt the unit to a heavy workbench.
The included dies support bending radii of 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 110, and 113 mm.
The net weight of the bender is 22.4 kg.
Ensure you are using the correct die for the pipe diameter and verify that the wall thickness does not exceed the 2 mm limit.
Apply lubricant to the main pivot point and check that the pipe is properly aligned in the center of the bending groove.
Ensure the bender is mounted to a rock-solid surface to prevent base movement during the application of force.
To set up the SWG-25, mount the base to a sturdy, flat surface using the provided bolt holes. Ensure the workspace has enough clearance for the handle to rotate through the full arc of the bend. When changing dies, ensure the pin is fully seated to prevent slippage during use. Compatibility is limited to pipes with a wall thickness between 0 and 2 mm; attempting to bend pipes outside these specifications may damage the dies or the frame. Maintain the tool by periodically cleaning the dies of metal shavings and applying a light coat of machine oil to the pivot points to ensure smooth operation.
