Troubleshooting
Beverage loses temperature quickly
Ensure the lid is tightly sealed and that there is no debris preventing the gasket from closing properly.
Exterior feels cold or hot to the touch
This indicates a potential loss of the vacuum seal; verify there are no dents in the outer casing and contact customer support if it persists.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your mug, wash it thoroughly with warm, soapy water before the first use. While the mug is built for durability, it is recommended to hand wash the exterior to preserve the Mickey Mouse graphic design. Avoid using harsh abrasive sponges that could scratch the finish. Because of its 1165ml volume, check your vehicle's console dimensions if you plan to use it primarily for commuting, as the base width is optimized for capacity rather than standard cup holder compatibility. Keep the lid secured tightly when not in use to maintain the vacuum seal efficiency.
