Use the temperature control handle to set your desired temperature. The thermostatic valve will maintain that temperature.

Immediately turn the temperature control towards the cold side to reduce the temperature. Check your hot water system to ensure it isn't set too high.

Use a soft cloth and mild soap or a dedicated chrome cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Remove the shower head and clean it. You may soak it in a solution of warm water and vinegar to remove any limescale.

While the shower is designed for easy installation, it's recommended to consult a qualified plumber if you are unsure about any part of the process.

The inlet pipe centers are 150mm, which is an industry standard.

Check the hot and cold water supply pressures. Ensure the thermostatic cartridge is functioning correctly. If the issue persists, contact a professional.

Check for any blockages in the shower head or the cartridge. Ensure the water supply valves are fully open. Clean or replace the cartridge if needed.
