FAQs

How long does each bait station last?

Place bait stations in areas where you see ant activity, such as along trails, near entry points, or around food sources.

Are these ant killers safe for pets and children?

Keep the bait stations out of reach of children and pets.

When is the best time to use these ant killers?

The Doff Ant and Nest Killer is most effective from March to October, during the active ant season.

What should I do if the bait station is empty?

Replace the bait station with a new one.

How do these ant killers work?

Adult ants are attracted to the bait, and they carry the poison back to the nest, eliminating the colony.

Troubleshooting

Ants are not being attracted to the bait station.

Relocate the bait station to a different area where ant activity is more prevalent. Ensure the bait station is placed directly in the path of the ants.

The bait station is not eliminating the ant colony.

It may take some time for the poison to spread throughout the colony. Ensure the bait station remains in place, and consider using multiple stations for larger infestations. Check that you are using the bait stations during the active ant season, March to October.
