The Rattrix Ergonomic High Back Gaming Chair is designed for gamers, office workers, and remote professionals who require consistent back support and integrated multimedia features. Its standout benefit is the inclusion of Bluetooth 5.3 stereo speakers, which provide an immersive audio environment without the need for additional desk speakers or headsets. While it offers excellent versatility and style, users should note that the maximum weight capacity is limited to 100kg, making it unsuitable for individuals exceeding this threshold.

No, the chair requires a constant power source through the included two-metre USB cable to operate the speakers.
Yes, as long as your console or the display device it is connected to supports Bluetooth audio output.
The chair is rated for a maximum weight capacity of 100kg.
Ensure the chair is powered via USB, then open the Bluetooth settings on your PC and select the Rattrix chair from the available devices list.
The height is adjusted manually using the under-seat lever, which utilizes a gas lift mechanism.
Ensure the USB cable is fully plugged into a powered port and toggle your device's Bluetooth off and on to rediscover the chair.
Check if the gas lift lever is stuck or if there is debris preventing the lever from returning to the neutral position.
Clear any carpet fibers or dust from the wheel base and apply a light silicone-based lubricant if necessary.
Assembling the chair is straightforward, requiring standard tools to connect the backrest to the base and seat. To ensure compatibility, verify that your workspace has an accessible USB port or a USB wall adapter within two metres to power the integrated speaker system. For daily care, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the surface; avoid harsh chemical cleaners which could damage the finish. Ensure that the wheels are kept free of debris to maintain the 360-degree rotation smoothness. Periodically check that all bolts are tightened to maintain the structural integrity of the frame.
