Troubleshooting
Basket appears slightly misshapen upon arrival
Rattan is flexible by nature. Gently push the walls of the basket from the inside to reshape them; it will naturally settle into a uniform form over time.
Visible dust trapped in the weave
Use a soft-bristled brush or a hairdryer on a cool, low-power setting to blow debris out of the intricate weave patterns.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Compatibility: The basket fits best in spaces where you want to soften hard lines, such as next to a fabric sofa or near a wooden bedroom suite.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Gently vacuum the basket using a brush attachment to remove dust from the weave patterns.
- Spot Cleaning: Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe down the surface. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may discolor the natural finish.
