Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your candle, always trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each lighting to prevent excess soot and smoke. Place the candle on a heat-resistant, level surface away from drafts, curtains, or flammable materials to ensure safety and an even burn.
When extinguishing, use a metal wick dipper or carefully blow it out, then replace the gold-toned cap once the wax has fully cooled; this keeps the dust out and protects the fragrance oils from evaporating. Because the container is made of porcelain, avoid placing it in areas with extreme temperature fluctuations, such as near a direct heat source like a radiator or in direct sunlight, to prevent cracking.
