FAQs
Is the vase waterproof for fresh flowers?
The vase is designed primarily for decorative use with dried stems or as a standalone piece. It is not guaranteed to be watertight. For fresh flowers, it is recommended to use a liner or internal container to hold water.
What material is the vase made from?
The vase features a robust build with a stone-effect finish, designed to mimic the look of weathered stone.
Can this vase be used outdoors?
Yes, it is suitable for use in covered outdoor areas. However, prolonged exposure to harsh weather, direct sunlight, or frost is not recommended to maintain its appearance.
What are the dimensions of the vase?
The vase measures approximately H 37.5cm x W 21cm x D 21cm.
How should I clean the vase?
Clean the vase using a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. A mild soap can be used for tougher marks, followed by rinsing with a damp cloth and thorough drying.
Does the handle have a functional purpose?
The handle adds sculptural interest and styling appeal. While it can be used for repositioning, it is not designed for carrying significant weight when filled.
Troubleshooting
Vase appears unstable
Ensure the vase is placed on a flat, level surface. Check that the base is free from debris that could prevent it from sitting evenly.
Surface marks or smudges
Gently wipe the affected area with a soft, damp cloth. For more persistent marks, use a mild soap solution and rinse by wiping with a clean, damp cloth. Always dry thoroughly.
Concern about water leakage with fresh flowers
Use a separate waterproof container or liner inside the vase to hold water and plants, preventing direct contact with the vase's interior.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: No assembly is required. Simply place the vase on a stable, level surface. Ensure the chosen location can accommodate its dimensions (H 37.5cm x W 21cm x D 21cm).
Compatibility: This vase is designed to hold dried flowers, faux botanicals, or can be used as a decorative accent. If using fresh flowers, it is recommended to place a waterproof liner or container inside to prevent water leakage and protect the vase's interior surface, as it is not guaranteed to be watertight.
