FAQs
Is the rug suitable for outdoor use?
This rug is designed for indoor use to maintain the quality of the recycled polyester surface.
Will the white speckles in the design fade over time?
The white speckles are part of the yarn design to give a vintage look and are permanent to the pattern.
Can I use a vacuum cleaner on this rug?
Yes, you can use a vacuum, but we recommend using a low-suction setting to protect the recycled fibers.
What happens if I wash it at a temperature higher than 30ºC?
Washing at higher temperatures may damage the natural rubber backing or cause the recycled fibers to shrink.
Does the rug require a separate rug pad?
No, the built-in natural rubber backing is designed to hold the rug securely in place.
Troubleshooting
Rug edges are curling up after unboxing
Lay the rug flat and place heavy, flat objects like books on the corners for 24-48 hours to help the material relax.
The rug moves on slick surfaces
Ensure the floor surface is clean and free of dust, as debris can interfere with the grip of the natural rubber backing.
