FAQs
What are the dimensions of the trinket box?
The trinket box measures approximately 7cm in height, 10cm in width, and 6cm in depth.
Is the trinket box suitable for storing medications?
Due to its size and the potential for the magnetic clasp to be less secure than a child-proof container, it is not recommended for storing medications.
Can the crystals be removed?
The crystals are securely attached, but they are delicate. While not designed to be removed, they could potentially detach if handled roughly.
What material is the inside of the box made from?
The inside of the trinket box is white enamelled.
Does the trinket box come assembled?
Yes, the trinket box comes fully assembled and ready for use or display.
Is this product suitable as a gift?
Yes, it comes in a silk-lined and cushioned branded box, making it an ideal gift for occasions like birthdays or holidays.
How should I clean the budgerigar figures?
Clean the budgerigar figures gently with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth, but avoid saturating the area or using harsh cleaning agents.
Troubleshooting
Crystal is loose
Gently attempt to secure the crystal with a small amount of clear, strong adhesive (e.g., super glue) applied with a fine tip. Ensure the adhesive does not spread onto the painted surface.
Paint appears faded
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. If fading is significant, gentle cleaning with a soft cloth may restore some vibrancy, but extensive restoration is not possible.
Magnetic clasp is weak
Ensure there is no debris obstructing the magnets. If the magnetism has significantly reduced over time, this is a natural wear-and-tear issue and not typically repairable.
