FAQs
Are these curtains machine washable?
Due to the delicate nature of the velvet material, professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the texture and quality of the curtains.
Do these curtains come with mounting hardware?
No, this set includes two curtain panels only. You will need to provide your own curtain rod or track system.
Can these curtains block all light?
They are room-darkening curtains, which significantly reduce incoming light and provide excellent privacy, though they may not provide 100% blackout depending on the fit and rod installation.
Will the color fade in direct sunlight?
While the fabric is durable, velvet can be susceptible to fading over long periods if exposed to intense, direct sunlight. Lining or using them in rooms with indirect light helps prolong the color vibrancy.
Are these heavy curtains?
Velvet is a dense fabric, which is why these curtains offer such good thermal and light-blocking properties. Ensure your wall mount or curtain rod is rated for medium-to-heavy fabric weight.
Troubleshooting
Curtains look wrinkled after packaging
Use a garment steamer on the reverse side of the fabric to gently release wrinkles without crushing the velvet pile.
Curtain movement feels stiff on the rod
Ensure the rod is clean and free of debris; applying a small amount of silicone lubricant to the rod can improve gliding.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These curtains are designed for standard rod or track systems. Ensure your curtain rod is securely mounted to support the weight of the high-quality velvet fabric. Slide the curtains onto the rod or use compatible rings to achieve the desired pleat style.
Compatibility: The neutral brown color pairs well with wooden furniture, metallic fixtures, and a variety of wall colors, including creams, greys, and earthy tones.
Care: To maintain the pristine appearance of the velvet, vacuum gently using a brush attachment to remove surface dust. For deeper cleaning, professional dry cleaning is recommended to avoid crushing the velvet pile or damaging the thermal backing.
