The Impulse/Evolve Bench Screen is an essential office accessory designed for professionals who need to establish personal privacy and reduce ambient noise in open-plan work environments. Measuring 1200mm wide, it provides an effective barrier that helps minimize visual distractions, though it is specifically sized for 1200mm bench systems and may not fit desks with unusual edge profiles.

This screen is 1200mm wide.
It is not recommended to use G-clamps on glass desk surfaces as the pressure may cause cracking.
It provides acoustic dampening, meaning it absorbs sound waves to help reduce ambient noise in an office, rather than total soundproofing.
No special tools are required; the G-clamps are designed for easy manual tightening.
The screen measures 400mm in height.
Check the G-clamp screws and ensure they are tightened firmly against the underside of the desk surface.
Verify if the desk edge has an obstruction such as a cable tray; you may need to relocate the clamp slightly to find a clear area.
Use a low-suction vacuum cleaner with a fabric attachment to clean the surface gently.
Installation is straightforward using the provided Universal G-style clamps. Ensure your desk has a sufficient lip or overhang to accommodate the clamp depth. Position the screen at your desired point along the desk edge, tighten the G-clamps manually until secure, and verify the screen is level. For maintenance, keep the screen looking professional by periodically vacuuming the fabric with an upholstery brush attachment to remove dust. If a spill occurs, use a mild fabric cleaner and a soft cloth, blotting the area rather than rubbing it to avoid damaging the weave.
