The Dometic AC MWAO 240 is designed for RV and caravan owners who need a professional-grade kitchen solution without sacrificing limited living space. By combining an air fryer, grill oven, and microwave into a single compact unit, it enables versatile cooking options like baking, roasting, and air frying in a mobile environment. While it significantly reduces the need for multiple bulky appliances, it requires stable power infrastructure due to its varied high-wattage cooking modes.

No, the appliance should only be operated when the vehicle is stationary and connected to a stable power supply.
Yes, it is tested to ECE R10 standards to ensure durability against the vibration and shocks experienced during road travel.
Please consult a qualified auto-electrician to ensure your current electrical setup supports the peak wattage required by the oven and grill modes.
Only use the included grill rack or oven-safe accessories; do not use metal in pure microwave mode as it can cause arcing.
Simply enter the weight of your food using the control panel, and the device will automatically calculate the required time and power level.
Ensure the door is fully latched, as the safety mechanism prevents operation if the door is slightly ajar.
Check that the glass turntable is properly seated on the drive roller and rotates freely.
Clean the heating element and ensure there is no leftover grease or food particles from previous cooking sessions.
Installation should be performed by a professional familiar with RV electrical systems to ensure the unit is safely integrated into your vehicle's power grid. The device must be placed on a level surface with adequate ventilation gaps around the sides and back to prevent overheating. To care for the unit, wipe down the interior stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth after every use. The air fryer basket and grill rack should be cleaned with mild detergent and warm water; avoid abrasive scrubbers that could damage the non-stick coating. Regularly inspect the power connection at the rear to ensure it remains tight after long trips on rough roads.
