This Ulster Weavers Pot Mat in the Wildflowers design is ideal for home cooks and anyone looking to protect their kitchen surfaces from heat. Its primary benefit is excellent heat protection thanks to thick polyester wadding, but a caveat is that it requires specific care instructions to maintain its quality. The mat features a vibrant watercolour wildflower design with a piped edge and a convenient hang loop, combining practicality with decorative appeal.

The pot mat features a thick polyester wadding for heat protection and is finished with a durable piped edge.
The pot mat measures approximately 21 x 21cm.
Machine wash at 40°C on a synthetic cycle with similar colours. Do not bleach, dry clean, or tumble dry. A warm iron can be used.
The thick polyester wadding provides excellent heat protection for typical cooking use. For prolonged contact with extremely high temperatures, exercise caution and ensure the pan is not excessively large for the mat's surface.
Yes, it comes with a handy hang loop for easy accessibility and storage.
This product is designed for indoor kitchen use. Prolonged exposure to elements may damage the material and design.
The design is inspired by spring wildflower meadows, featuring a watercolour style with sunny yellow, lilac, and purple colours.
Ensure the mat is fully dry after washing and iron on a warm setting if necessary. Allow it to rest on a flat surface for a while.
For fresh stains, gently wipe with a damp cloth. For tougher stains, follow the machine washing instructions. Avoid using bleach.
Ensure the mat is not damaged or worn. Frequent washing on high temperatures or improper drying (like tumble drying) can degrade the wadding over time. Adhere strictly to the care instructions.
Setup: No setup is required. Simply place the pot mat on a flat, stable surface before placing hot cookware on it.
Compatibility: Suitable for use with most standard cookware. Ensure the base of the pot or pan is fully contained within the mat's surface for maximum protection.
