Yes, the product is formulated with 99.7% natural origin ingredients and is EWG Verified™, making it a safer choice for use in homes with children and pets. However, as with any cleaning product, keep it out of reach of children and pets during use and storage.
The cleaner is designed for general surfaces. While it may work on stainless steel, it's recommended to test in an inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn't cause discoloration or damage.

Store the cleaner in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its quality and effectiveness. Ensure the cap is tightly closed after each use.
The product uses fragrance derived from natural sources. The ingredient list specifies 'Fragrance (Parfum)' which refers to its natural scent components.
Ensure the spray nozzle is properly twisted to the 'open' or spray position. Check if the dip tube is submerged in the liquid. If clogged, rinse the nozzle under warm water.
This may occur if too much product was used or if the surface was not wiped thoroughly. Use a lighter spray and ensure you are using a clean, dry cloth for the final wipe.
For stubborn grime, allow the cleaner to sit on the surface for a minute or two before wiping. For very persistent stains, repeat the application or consider a specialized cleaner if appropriate.
