Troubleshooting

Computer won't boot

Check all power connections, ensure the CPU is correctly seated, and verify that the RAM is properly installed. Update the BIOS if necessary.

System is unstable or crashes

Check the CPU temperature. If it's too high, improve cooling. Also, check the RAM for errors using a memory testing tool.

Poor performance in games

Ensure that your graphics card drivers are up to date and that the game settings are optimized for your hardware.

CPU is running at low clock speeds

Check your power plan settings in Windows and ensure that the processor's power management settings are configured to allow it to boost to its maximum clock speed.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup

Install the CPU: Carefully align the CPU with the AM4 socket on your motherboard and gently place it in.
Install the Cooler: Attach the included Wraith Stealth Cooler or your preferred aftermarket cooler.
Install RAM: Insert the DDR4 RAM modules into the appropriate slots on the motherboard.
Install Graphics Card: Insert a discrete graphics card into the PCIe slot.
Connect Power: Ensure all power cables are connected to the motherboard, graphics card, and other components.
