FAQs
What age is the Cosatto Wow 3 suitable for?
The Cosatto Wow 3 is suitable from birth. The carrycot is used from birth up to approximately 6 months, and the seat unit can be used from approximately 6 months up to 4 years (or 25kg).
Can the car seat be used without the ISOFIX base?
Yes, the compatible infant car seat can typically be installed using the vehicle's seatbelt system if an ISOFIX base is not available or preferred. Always follow the instructions in the car seat manual for correct seatbelt installation.
How heavy is the Cosatto Wow 3?
The weight varies slightly depending on the configuration, but the chassis is generally designed to be lightweight for ease of use. Please refer to the product specifications for exact weight details.
Are the fabrics machine washable?
Most fabric components are designed to be cleaned. It is recommended to check the specific care labels on each part of the product for the most accurate washing instructions, which usually involve gentle hand washing or a delicate machine cycle.
What is included in the Cozy Bundle?
The Cozy Bundle typically includes the Wow 3 chassis, carrycot, seat unit, raincover, and cosy accessories such as a changing bag and footwarmers, along with the reclining car seat and its rotating base.
How compact is the fold?
The Wow 3 features a two-way seat-on fold, making it relatively compact for storage and transport. It can stand independently when folded. Consult the manual for precise folded dimensions.
Troubleshooting
Chassis is difficult to fold
Ensure the seat unit is in the correct position and that no accessories are obstructing the folding mechanism. Refer to the folding instructions in the manual.
Car seat does not click securely into the chassis
Check that the attachment points on both the car seat and the chassis are clean and free from debris. Ensure the seat is aligned correctly before pushing down firmly until an audible click is heard.
Wheels feel stiff or wobbly
Inspect wheels for any blockages or damage. Clean them thoroughly and check that they are properly seated. If the issue persists, consult the manufacturer's support.
Rotating car seat base is stiff
Ensure the seat is fully detached from the chassis or base before attempting to rotate. Check the manual for specific rotation instructions and any potential locking mechanisms.
