FAQs
What type of batteries does this LED candle require?

How long does the 10-hour timer function last?
The timer function operates for 10 hours at a time, after which the candle will automatically switch off and then reactivate at the same time the following day.
Can this LED candle be used outdoors?
This candle is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to weather elements can damage the product and affect its performance.
Does the candle emit any heat?
No, as an LED product, it emits very little heat, making it safe to the touch and suitable for placement near fabrics or other materials.
How do I clean the ribbed surface?
Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. For tougher marks, use a slightly damp cloth and then immediately dry with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Troubleshooting
LED candle does not turn on.
Ensure batteries are correctly inserted with the correct polarity. Check if the batteries need replacing. Verify the switch is in the 'On' or 'Timer' position.
Timer function is not working.
Confirm the candle is set to the 'Timer' mode. Ensure the batteries have sufficient charge, as low battery power can affect timer accuracy.
Flickering effect is inconsistent.
This can sometimes be a design feature to mimic a real flame. If it seems like a malfunction, check battery levels and ensure the batteries are making good contact.
