FAQs
Is this case waterproof?
The case is water-resistant but not waterproof. It will protect your device from light splashes, but should not be submerged.
Does it fit the Nintendo Switch OLED model?
Yes, this case is fully compatible with the Nintendo Switch OLED model.
Can I store a wall charger in this case?
The case is designed to be slim and portable; while a small charging cable fits in the mesh pouch, a standard wall adapter is likely too bulky.
Are the game slots tight enough to prevent cards from falling out?
Yes, the slots are designed to grip the game cards firmly to ensure they remain secure even if the case is shaken.
Is the design paint likely to scratch off?
The case features a durable, glossy print designed to withstand normal wear and tear associated with travel.
Troubleshooting
Console feels loose inside the case
Ensure you are using the correct console orientation; if using a smaller model like the Switch Lite, the case is designed to be spacious, but it should still hold the device safely if the zipper is fully closed.
Zipper feels stiff
Do not force the zipper. Check that no accessories, such as loose cables, are obstructing the path of the zipper teeth.
