Troubleshooting

Cover does not fit securely.

Ensure the drawstring is fully tightened using both stoppers, and the velcro band and buckle are fastened correctly. Check that the cover's dimensions are appropriate for your parasol size.

Water pooling on the cover.

While the cover is waterproof, slight pooling might occur on flat surfaces. Ensure the cover is taut and consider if the parasol's design might affect water runoff.

Mildew or damp smell.

The cover may not be drying completely between uses or before storage. Ensure the cover is fully dry before putting it away. Clean the cover with a mild detergent and allow it to air dry thoroughly.

Difficulty placing the cover.

Utilize the sewn-in fibreglass rod to guide the cover from the top. For very tall parasols, a small step stool might still be helpful, but the rod significantly aids the process.
