Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Identify the desired mounting location. Ensure the surface is clean and dry.
- Align the buffer with the pre-drilled holes against the mounting surface.
- Mark the hole positions.
- Drill pilot holes if necessary for the chosen mounting hardware (screws not included).
- Secure the buffer firmly using appropriate screws for the mounting surface.
Compatibility:
These buffers are compatible with a wide range of surfaces including metal, wood, and concrete, provided suitable fixing hardware is used. They are designed for use on truck tailboards, trailer tailboards, horse boxes, shutter doors, motor homes, loading bays, garage walls, and general impact protection points.
Care:
Clean the buffers periodically with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the synthetic rubber. The durable material is designed to withstand outdoor conditions, but regular inspection ensures continued optimal performance.
