FAQs

What size bed frame is this headboard designed for?

This headboard is designed for a UK standard 4ft6" (double) divan bed frame.

How do I clean the linen upholstery?

For general cleaning, use a soft, dry brush. For stains, gently spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow to air dry. Avoid soaking the fabric.

What is the warranty period for this headboard?

The headboard comes with a 3-month guarantee.

Are the struts included with the headboard?

Yes, the headboard is supplied with 24" struts and all necessary fixing screws for installation.

Can this headboard be attached to a bed frame that is not a divan?

While designed for divan frames, it may be adaptable to other frame types depending on their construction, provided there are suitable points for attaching the struts.

How tall is the headboard?

The headboard has a height of 61.0 cm.

Is the blue color consistent across all units?

While efforts are made for consistency, slight variations in color shade may occur due to screen resolution differences and the nature of fabric dyeing. We cannot guarantee an exact color match.

Troubleshooting

Headboard is wobbly after installation.

Ensure all screws connecting the struts to the headboard and the bed frame are tightened securely. Check that the struts are correctly aligned with any pre-drilled holes on the divan base.

Struts do not align with bed frame holes.

Adjust the height of the headboard by repositioning the struts on the headboard itself. The struts are designed to be attached at different points for flexibility. Ensure you are using the correct strut for the side you are attaching.

Color does not match expectation.

Review the product description regarding potential color variations due to screen resolution. If the discrepancy is significant and you believe you received the incorrect item, contact customer support with your order details.
