Troubleshooting
The fixing is not holding the item securely.
Check if the correct screw size (5.0 x 60) was used. Ensure the toggle element has properly deployed behind the panel. If mounting in solid material, make sure the plug is securely expanded in the hole. If necessary, replace the fixing with a new one.
The fixing rotates in the hole.
The drill hole may be too large. Try using a slightly larger screw or a different mounting location.
The screw is difficult to tighten.
Ensure the pilot hole is correctly sized and that the screw is aligned with the fixing. If resistance persists, try using a screwdriver with more leverage or pre-drilling the screw hole slightly larger.
