Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Ensure the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose material.
- Cut the nozzle tip to the desired bead size (approx. 6mm is recommended for most applications).
- Pierce the inner seal of the tube.
- Load the tube into a standard sealant gun.
- Apply the adhesive in vertical deverá beads to one surface, approximately 6mm apart.
- Press the surfaces firmly together immediately after application.
- Hold in place for a few seconds to allow the instant grab to take effect. For heavier items, temporary support may still be required until the adhesive fully cures.
Compatibility:
This adhesive is suitable for bonding:
- Wood
- Plaster
- Brick
- Concrete
- Ceramics
- Metal
- Most rigid building materials
It is not recommended for use on polystyrene, flexible materials, or for exterior applications where it may be exposed to moisture or extreme temperatures.
Care:
- Store tubes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and frost.
- Ensure the nozzle is sealed or covered after use to prevent the adhesive from drying out.
- Clean up any excess wet adhesive immediately with a damp cloth. Dried adhesive can be carefully removed by scraping or sanding.
