Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before the first use, wash the pan with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge to remove any manufacturing residue; avoid abrasive scouring pads. For long-term compatibility, this pan is designed for standard stovetops. When cooking, always use silicone, wood, or nylon utensils to prevent scratching the surface. After cooking, allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to avoid thermal shock, which can warp the base. Hand washing is highly recommended to keep the purple exterior looking new and to prevent the degradation of materials that can occur in high-heat dishwashers.
